You must Vote for Ratu for Rangatira because he will be a great Rangatira and he has the attributes he shows the 3 Rs to everyone. he does his duty. he picks up rubbish off the floor . he uses an inside voice he listens to the teacher . he finishes his work he lets others play with him he's kind to everyone. that's why you should pick Ratu.
